Sample writing reflection

This was an interesting assignment for me. Interesting does not necessarily equate to likable. It was interesting primarily because it made me break down EVERY sentence of my writing into segments that even the author (MYSELF) didn't think about upon the construction of the initial writing. I had to break down every word according to its purpose in the sentence. The piece is definitely  different from the pre-edited edition. Im still not sure if I like or not. The sentences are all structured the same now, which is not exactly what I wanted when I wrote it. I placed words in their designated places, not because thats where they "belonged", but because I liked the way they presented the message I was trying to convey, and the attitude they cast.
